Marketing and sales departments often work together closely to monitor and manage public relations, product advertising, pricing and creative campaigns. Sales and marketing assistants are required to provide help on a variety of projects, from direct customer assistance to graphic design to monitoring sales numbers and return on investment.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Assist the management in organizing business trips in the region.
Qualification
- Excellent customer service skills and demonstrable experience
- Articulate and good telephone manner
- Excellent written communication skills, particularly for a sales audience
- Keen eye for attention to detail
- High level of computer proficiency and demonstrable working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Photoshop
- Creative, innovative and willing to contribute ideas and professional opinion
- 3 years minimum experience in a sales oriented environment
- Thai National Only & Must be fluent in English & Mandarin
