-  Any Nationality; prefer to have good communications in English and Thai
-  Engineer, graduate in either mechanical, electrical or industrial field
-  10 years plus of similar work experience in Technical Facilities Management operations (preferably in refrigeration) or related industries; at least 5 years in managerial/leadership position
-  Experienced in successfully operating a large and diverse multi-skilled workforce is a plus
-  Experience of managing building maintenance services
-  Good working knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation

Job description

-  Provide technical expertise to Operational teams servicing existing Facility Management Clients
-  Support Business Development team during offer development to gain new client prospects
-  Support with setting up new site and ensuring all Sodexo Facility Management procedures are adhered to at all times
-  Liaise with Regional Facility Management team to arrange specific technical support as necessary
-  Evaluate technical competencies of staff and arrange additional training as necessary
